My Story

My wellness journey wasn’t born out of passion alone... it was forged through struggle.
At just 18, I was diagnosed with IBS, which pushed me to explore holistic therapies and begin listening closely to my body.
For years, I worked alongside naturopaths and integrative practitioners while raising a family and co-founding Rendina’s Biodynamic Butchery.
But in the process of showing up for everyone else, I lost myself.
At 47, life hit harder than ever...
A Lyme disease diagnosis left me physically broken, mentally drained, and suddenly facing perimenopause on top of it all.
The weight gain, anxiety, and exhaustion forced me to confront decades of self-criticism and neglect.
That turning point became my anchor.
I chose to reinvest in myself, return to study, and rebuild from the inside out.
I became a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, NLP Practitioner, and Functional Nutrition Practitioner, accredited by Nutrition Council Australia, IICT, and IARC.
My healing journey taught me the value of self-love, the healing power of food, and the importance of creating an environment where women can truly thrive.
Today, my mission is simple...
To guide women through perimenopause and midlife with compassion, clarity, and sustainable habits,
So they can feel whole, empowered, and proud of the life they’ve built.
